I joined the KCS (Kona Choral Society) rehearsal in Kona last night. I really missed singing with the direction of Susie and singing with members of the choir.
We went through big stormy time, and we are still in. However, as we get together, enjoy the various worlds of music together, and experience, we get encouraged, see hopes, and get energized to move forward.
This Sunday, I will join one of the gigs of KCS after a long time.
Japanese Cultural Center of Kona Lunchen Gala.
One of the songs we will sing is "Shiretoko".
I grew up with this song in Japan and am happy to sing it here in Hawaii.
